MEet The Pastor

Candy Liew
Candy serves as the pastor of Victory Family Centre in Okinawa, Japan. Her journey with God began in her childhood, when she first came to church carrying personal struggles with identity—both at home and in school. It was there that she encountered the love of God in a real and life-changing way. He healed her heart, restored her confidence, and gave her a new sense of purpose.
After completing her studies in Singapore, Candy spent a year in Mauritius as a missionary. Upon returning, she continued to lead and serve, eventually becoming a pastor at one of Victory Family Centre’s six campuses.
Today, Candy is based in Okinawa with a heart to see every person encounter the love of God and find their place in His family. She desires to build a community that feels like home—where people know they are loved, accepted, and called to something greater. Her vision is to raise up a generation that lives with purpose and brings transformation to their world through the gospel.
Whether you’re exploring faith, looking for a community, or just passing through, you are welcome here!
